【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,dimensions,workmanship,impactresistance,pipestiffness,flattening,buckling,tensilestrengthofseam,jointsystems,perforations,andmarkingsforsteelreinforcedthermoplasticpipeandfittingsofnominalsizes8in.[200mm]through120in.[3000mm].Thesteelreinforced,spirallyformedthermoplasticpipesgovernedbythisstandardareintendedforuseinundergroundapplicationswheresoilprovidessupportfortheirflexiblewalls.Thesepipeswillbeusedforgravityflowandnon-pressureapplications,suchasstormsewers,sanitarysewers,industrialwasteapplicationsanddrainagepipes.1.2Units8212;Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.WithinthetexttheSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents:therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
