【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortwotypesofhoseassemblies(TypesDandSD)withhosesmadeofrubberorthermoplasticsandhosefittingsmadeofmetaldesignedtoconveyliquidorgaseoussubstances,hereinaftertermedthechemicalsconveyed.Forallhoseassemblies,themaximumworkingpressureis10bar.Hoseassembliescanbeoperatedsafelywithaconveyedchemicaltemperatureintherangeof-20℃to+65℃.NOTE1Thisstandardsetsoutrequirementsforthesehoseassembliestoensurethatusersarenotexposedtodangerfromfireorexplosionandthattheenvironmentisprotectedagainstcontaminationordamage.NOTE2Othertemperaturesandpressuresthanthosegivenabovecanbeagreedwiththemanufacturer.NOTE3Otherdiametersthanthosegiveninthisstandardcanbeagreedwiththemanufacturer.TypicalmassesandvacuumstabilityarelistedinannexA.NOTE4Thisstandardalsoprovidesguidanceonthestorageofhoseassemblies(seeannexB).NOTE5TheattentionofusersisdrawntoannexCconcerningtheselectionofliningmaterialrelatedtothechemical(s)tobeconveyedbythehosesand/orhoseassembly.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytohoseassembliesfor:—aircraftrefuelling(EN1361);—fueldispensing(EN1360);—oilburners(ENISO6806);—refrigerantcircuits;—fueltruckdelivery(EN1761);—liquidpetroleumgases(LPG)(EN1762);—firefighting(ENISO14775).note:1)1bar=0,1MPa.
