【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesguidelinestodescribethermalsprayingqualityrequirementssuitableforapplicationbythemanufacturersusingthethermalsprayingprocessforcoatingnewparts,forrepairandmaintenance.Theyarestructuredinthewaythattheycanbeusedforanytypeofconstructiontobesprayed.Theseguidelinesrelateonlytothoseaspectsofthequalityofthefinalconstructiontobesprayedwhichmaybeinfluencedbythermalsprayingandalliedprocesses(pre-andposttreatment,etc.).Theguidelinesdefinevariousapproachestoqualityrequirementsforthermalsprayworks,bothinworkshopsandonsitesandtoprovideguidancefordescribingthecapabilityofamanufactureronproducingthermallysprayedstructuresofthespecifiedquality.Theyalsocanbeusedbyanyinterestedpartyasabasisforassessingamanufacturer'sthermalsprayingqualityarrangements.Theguidelinesareintendedasaguideforthepreparationofregulatoryorcontractualrequirementsandforamanufacturer'smanagementtodefinethethermalsprayingrequirementsforqualitysystemrelatedtothetypeofthermallysprayedconstruction.Theguidelinesarenotstructuredtobeusedinisolationasapartofanyregulatorycontractualormanagerialrequirement.Theseguidelinesareintendedtobeusedforthefollowingpurposes:a)providinginterpretationoftherequirementsintheENISO9000seriesofstandards,asaguidelineforspecificationandestablishmentofthepartofthequalitysystemrelatedtocontrolofthermalsprayingasa"SpecialProcess";b)providingguidelinestoestablishspecificationsandthermalsprayingqualityrequirements,whereaqualitysystemaccordingtoENISO9001andENISO9002isnotinvolved;c)assessmentofthethermalsprayingqualityrequirementsmentionedina)andb)above.Theapplicationofthisstandardwouldtypicallyoccurinthefollowingcircumstances:-incontractualsituation:specificationofthermalsprayingrequirementsforqualitysystems;-bymanufacturers:establishmentandmaintenanceofthermalsprayingqualityrequirements;-bycommitteespreparingstructuralcodesorotherapplicationstandards:specificationofthermalsprayingrequirements;-byinterestedparties,e.g.thirdparties,customersormanufacturersmanagement:assessmentofthermalsprayingrequirements.
