【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheporosityofawhiteornearwhitemineralspiritsinsolublepaintfilmtoindicatethedegreetowhichasubsequentcoatwillpenetrate.1.2Thetextureofthefilmcanaffectcleanupthatwillinfluencetheresultsofthetest.Astainappliedtoahigh-hidingpaintwillnotlowerthereflectanceasmuchasthesamestainappliedtoalow-hidingpaintofequalporosity.Thesepointsmustbeconsideredincomparingdifferentpaints.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
