【摘要】:ISO15367-1:2003specifiesmethodsforthemeasurementofthetopographyofthewavefrontofalaserbeambymeasurementandinterpretationofthespatialdistributionofthephaseofthatwavefrontacrossaplaneapproximatelyperpendiculartoitsdirectionofpropagation.Requirementsaregivenforthemeasurementandanalysisofphasedistributiondatatoprovidequantitativewavefrontparametersandtheiruncertaintyinatestreport.ThemethodsdescribedinISO15367-1:2003areapplicabletothetestingandcharacterizationofawiderangeofbeamtypesfrombothcontinuouswaveandpulsedlasers.Definitionsofparametersdescribingwavefrontdeformationsaregiventogetherwithmethodsforthedeterminationofthoseparametersfromphasedistributionmeasurements.
