【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddefinesinanabstractwaytheexternallyvisibleserviceprovidedbytheOSISessionLayerintermsof:a)theprimitiveactionsandeventsoftheservice;b)theparameterdataassociatedwitheachprimitiveactionandevent;c)therelationshipbetween,andthevalidsequenceoftheseactionsandevents.TheservicedefinedinthisRecommendation|InternationalStandardisthatwhichisprovidedbytheOSIsessionprotocol(inconjunctionwiththetransportservice)andwhichmaybeusedbytheOSIpresentationprotocol.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationofentitiesandinterfaceswithinacomputersystem.Thereis,therefore,noconformancetothisRecommendation|InternationalStandard.ThetextpertainingtothesymmetricsynchronizationfunctionalunitisnotapplicabletothesupportofITU-Tapplications.
