【摘要】:ThispartofISO16063describesthecalibrationofrectilinearvibrationtransducersbycomparison.Althoughitmainlydescribescalibrationusingdirectcomparisontoastandardcalibratedbyprimarymethods,themethodsdescribedcanbeappliedbetweenotherlevelsinthecalibrationhierarchy.ThispartofISO16063specifiesproceduresforperformingcalibrationsofrectilinearvibrationtransducersbycomparisoninthefrequencyrangefrom0,4Hzto10kHz.ItisprimarilyintendedforthosewhoarerequiredtomeetISOstandardizedmethodsforthemeasurementofvibrationunderlaboratoryconditions,wheretheuncertaintyofmeasurementisrelativelysmall.Itcanalsobeusedunderfieldconditions,wheretheuncertaintyofmeasurementmayberelativelylarge.Fromknowledgeofallsignificantsourcesofuncertaintyaffectingthecalibration,theexpandeduncertaintycanbeevaluatedusingthemethodsgiveninthispartofISO16063.Italsocoverstheassessmentofuncertaintiesforcalibrationsperformedusingacheckstandard.ComparisoncalibrationsmadeinaccordancewiththispartofISO16063needtoallowfortheenvironmentalconditionsofthereferencetransducercalibration.NOTETransducercalibrationsmadeunderextremeenvironmentalconditionsarecoveredbyotherInternationalStandards.
